Essential oils can be used in your daily life right now! Here are some ways you can use them:
- Inhalation – inhale directly from the bottle; place a few drops on a tissue; add 10 – 15 drops to your oil burner; place a drop on your pillow.
- Body – add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to a base oil such as jojoba. Make a 2.5% dilution (approx 5 drops per 10mls). Use in the bath, on your body to hydrate your skin or as a massage oil.
- Baths – add a few drops to a warm bath, making sure you thoroughly disperse them in the water.
